Crafting a timeless identity for a research firm that turns market noise into clarity.
I designed the complete visual identity for Quartermaster, a research firm that provides on-chain insights and market intelligence. The goal was to create a brand that feels analytical, timeless, and quietly confident.
Brand design, logo design, color system, typography, and illustration direction. The logo combines the letter Q with a compass needle, symbolizing guidance and direction. It’s simple, balanced, and designed to reflect the firm’s purpose of helping clients navigate complexity with precision.
Typface & Colour
The color palette leans into deep green, chosen for its sense of stability, trust, and understated sophistication. Merriweather, a classic serif, anchors the identity. Its scholarly tone brings a sense of credibility while staying approachable and readable across digital screens.

Illustrations
For the illustrations, I drew inspiration from Greek and Renaissance sculptures—figures that represent intellect and discipline. Using AI as a starting point, I refined each image to capture the feeling of carved precision and thoughtfulness, like ideas etched in marble.

The result is a visual identity that feels measured, intelligent, and enduring. A brand built for thinkers who value clarity over noise.
